Citlali Estrada, also known as “Midnight Electra,” is a producer and DJ based in Los Angeles. Born and raised in The Valley’s 2000’s music scene, Electra’s style is driven by nostalgia and tech house classics. Her love for the night scene and electronic dance community began in her teen years when she and her friends taught themselves how to use DAWs. Her name speaks of her love for the underground scene and the blissful freedom the dance community has gifted her as a DJ. Playing at venues such as Academy LA, Catch One, Los Globos, Station 1640, and Mad Gallery, Electra has supported artists such as Gene Farris, Niko x Swae, and OFFIAH. 

Electra studied music technology at California Institute of the Arts, where she released her first track “Here You Are,” under UK record label, Touched Music with long-time techno producer, John Tejada. Curating her sound as a producer, she recently debuted her first independent electronic dance track, “LOW,” on streaming platforms. Electra is working on her first original independent album to be released in 2025.
